State Law Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

EasyInsuranceQuotes.com ("EIQ") is a lead-generation platform operated by Nazemoff Platforms. EIQ is not an insurance company. We connect consumers shopping for insurance with licensed insurance agents and marketplace partners.

2. What we collect

When you use the EIQ funnel, we collect: ZIP code, insurance type, property and vehicle details you enter, your current carrier, your contact information (name, email, phone), the consent text you agreed to, the IP address of your session, your user agent, and standard funnel analytics events. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, account numbers, or health / medical information on this site.

3. Why we collect it

• To match you with a licensed local insurance agent or, if you opt in, with marketplace partners.
• To compute a savings score for your profile.
• To prove compliance with TCPA consent rules.
• To prevent fraud and protect the platform.
• To improve the service through aggregated analytics.

4. Who we share it with

• The matched agency. If you are in PA, NJ, DE, or MD, the matched agency is Nazemoff & Co., an Allstate Exclusive Agency operated by our sister company. Outside those states, the matched agency is one of our vetted partner agencies. The producer's name and state license number are disclosed to you at the moment of match.
• Marketplace partners (only if you opt in). If you check the second consent box at lead submission, we may share your information with the marketplace partners named at the point of consent (currently QuinStreet and MediaAlpha). If you do not check that box, no marketplace partner receives your information.
• Service providers. AWS (hosting), TrustedForm (consent certification), CallRail (call tracking), Google Analytics and Google Ads (for measurement; we use server-side event delivery and hashed-identifier matching).
• We do not sell your information in the colloquial sense; some state laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough that lead-generation forwarding may qualify. We treat your opt-in (or opt-out-via-GPC) as authoritative.

5. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and appeal a denial. We honor these rights regardless of which state you live in, by treating every request to the strictest applicable standard.

6. Global Privacy Control

We honor the GPC signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser session that sends it. You can enable GPC in browsers like Firefox and Brave (and via extensions in Chrome/Edge).

7. How long we keep it

• Plaintext PII: scrubbed after 90 days from capture.
• Anonymized lead records (score, grade, ZIP, vertical): retained for analytics.
• Funnel analytics events: purged after 1 year.
• Consent records: retained for 7 years (TCPA disputes can surface late).

8. How we protect it

PII fields (name, email, phone) are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Email addresses are also hashed (SHA-256) for duplicate detection without decrypting the table. All transit is TLS. We escalate any suspected data exposure to the Nazemoff Platforms principal within 24 hours, consistent with PA breach-notification law.
